  3. Add your details and pay the deposit there.Their calendar is shared with the house's Airbnb listing, so your dates can't be double-booked.
  4. Get your confirmation.Your check-in and check-out times are confirmed by Melissa Mitchell Property with your booking. They are who you call with anything during the stay.

Booking terms

Deposit and balance
A 50% deposit is paid when you book, and the balance is due 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation
If you cancel 7 or more days before arrival, 50% of what you have paid is refunded. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, there is no refund.
Security
A pre-authorisation of AUD $500 is held on your card 1 day before arrival and released 3 days after departure.
Check-in and check-out
Your check-in and check-out times are confirmed by Melissa Mitchell Property with your booking.
House rules
  • No parties or events
  • Please keep noise down between 10pm and 7am
  • No smoking or vaping inside
  • Only the guests on the booking may stay
  • No pets
Looking after the house
Guests are responsible for damage beyond fair wear and tear, missing items, lost keys or remotes, and excessive cleaning.
When you leave
  • Wash and put away the dishes
  • Put the rubbish in the bins
  • Lock the doors and windows
  • Return the keys as instructed
